Group classes are a great way to get motivated and educated. They are also very affordable. Many people find that group support can be the secret ingredient in helping them achieve their health goals. My signature programs include both functional and evidence-based components to maximize results.
5-week sugar detox program
The Sugar Detox Program is designed to help you decrease and/or eliminate your sugar cravings. In addition, you can shift your metabolism from sugar burning to fat burning. This will increase your energy throughout the day and possibly eliminate the need for chronic snacking.
You will be asked to eliminate all sources of sugar and sugar substitutes, alcohol, processed flours and foods, high glycemic fruits and most refined grains. The program is ONLY recommended for those READY to finally crush their sugar cravings for good!

5-Week PREDIABETES FAST TRACK PREVENTION PROGRAM
The prediabetes Fast Track Prevention Program is perfect for anyone who has prediabetes or is at risk for developing prediabetes. 1 in 3 American adults currently have prediabetes, yet 90% don’t know they have it. Are you one of them? Take this simple quiz to find out.
If you are at risk, then this course is for you. Participants will learn about and practice lifestyle changes that can help them reverse or prevent the development of prediabetes.
